Spots are available now for all Cave Sessions. Whether you're looking to relax, restore, or recharge, there's a session for you this Christmas in July.

Full Class Schedule

  • 10:00am – 11:30am — Reiki in the Cave

  • 12:00pm – 1:00pm — Regular Cave Session

  • 1:00pm – 2:00pm — Halo Yoga in the Cave

  • 3:00pm – 4:00pm — Sound Bowl in the Cave
